Our Mission
& Story
FNC was founded by Vasiliy Ivanov on the idea that the discipline of careful engineering belongs at the foundation of AI systems, not bolted on after the fact.
AI is being deployed into classrooms, healthcare workflows, and enterprise systems faster than the safety layers meant to protect the people using it. That gap is an engineering problem with measurable failure modes and measurable defenses. FNC was built to take on problems of that shape.
Our first product, PromptSentry, is the result of that focus: a multi-stage AI security guardrail used by educational platforms protecting kids and enterprise teams protecting their workforce. Alongside the product, we take on consulting engagements in AI deployment, cloud, and security where careful engineering changes the outcome.
We are also designing a veteran training framework, a long-term commitment to bringing more disciplined operators into engineering as the company grows. The framework is in active development. Read more about it on the Work With Us page.

Vasiliy Ivanov
Builder, soldier, systems architect. After years in the Airborne and Special Operations community, Vasiliy moved into technical infrastructure and founded Five Nines Consulting to apply that same operational discipline to building AI infrastructure.
Today he leads engineering on PromptSentry, FNC's flagship AI security product, and is designing the veteran training framework that will support FNC's growth over the long term.
