A veteran training framework, being built in public.
FNC is designing a structured way to bring more veterans into engineering careers. We're not running cohorts yet. We're talking to veterans, mentors, and partner organizations who want to help shape the program before it launches.
What we're building toward
The training framework is in active design. Here's the shape of what we're working toward, subject to change as we learn from the veterans and partners we're talking to.
Hands-on technical learning
Practical engineering skills built through real project work, not lectures and slide decks. Designed for veterans transitioning into tech.
Mentorship that's real
Direct access to working engineers and operators. Small group, focused, structured, built on the same discipline that defines FNC.
A path, not a promise
The program is designed to give veterans a clear path toward technical work, including potential roles at FNC and partner organizations as the company grows.
If any of this is you, get in touch.
Veterans interested in tech
Active duty transitioning out, recently separated, or further along, if you're thinking about a technical career and want to be part of shaping a veteran-built training program, we want to talk.
Engineers willing to mentor
If you work in engineering, infrastructure, or security, and you'd be open to mentoring a small group of veterans transitioning into the field, we'd love to bring you in as the program develops.
Partner organizations
Veteran service organizations, technical hiring teams, or grant-makers interested in supporting a veteran-to-engineering training pipeline, let's figure out how to work together.
What the program is, and isn't, today.
We want to be clear about where this stands right now, so no one shows up expecting something we can't deliver.
- Designing a training framework with input from veterans, mentors, and partner organizations.
- Talking to engineers and instructors who want to help shape what real technical mentorship looks like here.
- Building the foundation so this program can launch with integrity, not just a press release.
- Running training cohorts. The program is still being designed.
- Placing graduates into jobs, or operating as a job board.
- Providing housing, financial aid, or living support. Our scope is technical.
If you want to be part of the process, as a future student, mentor, or partner, the door is open.
